Cool, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I had a problem with my bike on the Fox River trail. They took it in and fixed it immediately and got me back riding within a half hour! I really appreciated it as I had traveled a long way to take that trail. My day would have been a waste but Sammy and his great technicians took care of me. Thank you.

We have been looking for our bikes upgrades for some time and got this store recommendation from my wife`s friend who is their customer for years. We have visited Sammy`s on weekend to check their inventory and ask for a professional advice. We knew we wanted Gravel bikes and did some research here and there but our knowledge does not go beyond basic thing a regular person would know about bikes. We met Sammy and Aaron and we felt we were in the right place! They are very professional and they definitely know a lot about bikes. Technology changes rapidly, demand is huge and getting the right bike within your budget may be a hard task, it like buying a car. Sammy showed us two great carbon frame Giant bikes, we rode them and felt in love right away. Nonetheless we did not want to buy them hot headed so we went home, did some research, red opinions, checked the prices , and availability. Next day we were back again getting those. Sammy told us everything about them, took measurements, gave us another ride to make sure we would be happy with the purchase. They offered free service if anything happens and they also offer financing option which we partially took for our purchase. All I can say that our experience at Sammy`s was a pleasure and we cannot wait to hit a trail on our new bikes :) If you need a new bike make sure you check them out, their apprehension on bikes is GIANT :)

I have visited this bike shop a few times. The owne,r Sammy, is a top notch guy. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I didn't feel rushed and my boys and I felt like we met a new friend when we left. Will definitely be back again. Has a very nice selection of bikes. Some very cool stuff!

Sammy’s bike shop is great! I was in the market for a fat tire bike and decided to go with the Giant Yukon 1 which was a little hard to find but they were able to get it for me very quickly. I also upgraded the front fork which they were able to order and install within a couple days. They went above and beyond and everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. I’m glad I chose to purchase this bike from Sammy’s!
