DICK'S Sporting Goods

I was in this morning with my daughter looking for a new softball bat for her. We met several wonderful employees who did an amazing job helping her find the perfect fit for her and never made us feel like anything but the most important people. Thanks guys!!

I was there only for curbside pick-up, but it was enough to realize their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I went to pick up an oversized package, and soon after I checked in, an employee came out inspect my car and suggest that my car wasn't large enough for the package. When I asked, he was very willing to humor me and try anyway. I had no idea how big this package was until I saw it. So, he spent 20-ish minutes carting this 7+ ft, ~250 lb package outside and trying to fit it in my car, only for me to realize that he was absolutely right and it would not fit in my car. He advised me on my options regarding bungee cords and pick-up truck rentals, and explained what would happen to my package depending on how long I waited. When I came back with a pick-up truck hours later, he was still there and he did most of the work heaving this package onto my truck. I feel bad for having him lug this giant package back and forth so much, but WOW, what an incredibly helpful and kind employee. I was very, very impressed.

I called to ask if there was a specific hoodie in stock because online it said there was only 1 at this location. The guy who answered the phone said: oh, there’s only 1?? Fun. They’re getting paid to work and this is part of their job description yet, he was so bothered to look for the item. I didn’t want to say anything to him after that because I thought he’d probably lie about looking for it or just say they didn’t have it in stock.

Have a great variety of clothes. Love it
