Super fun experience buying a new bike here today. The shop is interesting and they still actually have a lot of inventory. Call first. It's only open by appointment.

Ellis was very helpful and gave me a great deal on my new bike. Part of the deal was that I had to set up the bike myself (fair, but I know what I'm doing). Later that night, well after hours, he calls me up and tells me he forgot to mention a pro tip that could save my neck if I don't follow his advice. I followed it, and went back and did it on a different bike of mine.

Ellis gave us a great deal for our son's new bike, beat other prices we'd found at the 4 other stores we'd looked at that weekend. He's definitely a conversationalist, but so am I, so we got along. He does good work with maintenance/repair, too.

I was driving through and stopped to view the shop. I parked in area that was not clearly designated no parking in the small parking lot. I was then approached by the owner, an older (not so much) gentleman. He first approached me polietely and asked me to move my car. Then proceeded to ask if the lot was full or was I just lazy? Excuse me? What little tact. I do not recommend supporting a business owner who is so outwardly rude to potential customers. How dare he make a comment suggesting I was lazy. Not OK.
