Amazing E-Bike Store!! I got the 1500w waterproof kit and paired it with a 52v battery. This thing hauls! I weigh 195 and I go uphill without pedals without an issue. I usually keep it on level 2 maybe 3 if I really want to pick up the speed. I used it as a commuter bike riding around Atlanta and my commute is 7.5 miles one way so 15 miles round trip and I don't need to recharge at work.nThe kit was really easy to put together. This was my first build and I was a little nervous about putting together, so I wanted to get a kit that all worked together. To my delight all the connection points went together really well and everything just fit as it should. I use the thumb throttle that was the best for my setup.nCustomer service is really good. I had one issue with my bike where the break portion of the motor broke and they sent me out a replacement part from the factory that saved me from buying a new motor. This was above and beyond what I could have asked for. Will buy another kit from them.

My overall experience was amazing. Easy to order, fast shipping and great service. I first ordered the wrong style wheel and they took back the return with no problem and sent the one I needed right away. Packaging was sturdy and fit perfectly inside the box. It has a nice modern look with good construction and the color scheme goes perfect with what I picked! The Universal Installation for different applications works great! The installation went faster than I expected and all the parts were included. Definitely a DIY type project. I ordered the 36v 500w 700c rear wheel kit, along with an 11.6Ah battery...and it is life changing! I had some tools and skill and put the whole thing together in an evening. I can now pedal my 40 mile (round trip) hilly commute without destroying myself.nOne big bonus is my teenage daughter rides this with me on the weekend so she can keep up while I ride my non motorized bike.nMore time outside on two wheels equals a better quality of life!

When I needed it the most, the power was there. Mostly a Walker for decades now a power rider for life. Ridden it in the rain, weather resistant. Got me up a few hills. Very durable. Great ride

This company is the real deal I was bit nervous at first with ordering a conversion kit but it was super simple. To put everything together it took a few hours but over all it rides like a dream I have a 1200w 20ah fat tire
