I had a small roof leak and called Hanson roofing. Ken came out the next day and repaired the roof with a quality job. He took the time to explain the issues and show me how he was going to fix them. He even suggested a few low cost ways I could get more life out of my flat roof and replace it down the road. I am very appreciative to have found an honest and professional roofer in the area and look forward to calling them next time I have an issue.
Hansen is a very good company, taking care of all roofing needs. Great company, great leadership and it shows. Came out and fixed my roof (damaged by raccoons.) also almost a year later when I had a question about flashing and tip around chimney they took time to explain in detail how to flash the chimney properly. Also, as a brick mason I know quality when I see it and their labor/work speaks for itself.

The best in the north shore. Used for multiple properties i own
Our solarium roof was leaking. Hanson sent two surly workers who worked 20 minutes. We received a bill for $275 and then watched the roof leak again during the next rainstorm. When we called Hanson, they said that we needed a new gutter at a cost of $1,290 which is excessive. Subsequent efforts to get them to come out to fix the roof have been futile. We will not use them again.
