Derek was great. Easy to reach, responded promptly, and when he found issues he arranged to come back and fix them properly. I’m no expert on roofs, but the work looks good and they cleaned up thoroughly.

From the first call to the completion of the job, Derrick was responsive and patient, taking extra time and great care to explain every step in detail and to guide through the entire process. His customer service and communication was exceptional. In my business as a realtor I know that clear communication is everything! Especially when you are working with a condo association where extra hand holding is needed. Derrick also went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we needed at the most affordable price, understanding that we had a budget. When the work began, the crew was exceptional. They were quick yet they took their time to do things right, which I very much appreciated. Each day the worksite was left immaculate. Derrick oversaw every step and was available for questions along the way. In the end, me and my fellow condo owners couldn’t be happier with the work. We had a garage re-roofed, repair to a main roof, and metal capping installed over a parapet wall that. resolved longstanding leaking. And I can’t believe how beautiful the capping is too! Derrick made an extra trip to bring color samples to make sure it looked perfect. I can actually even say that it was a pleasure to work with Derrick and Lakeland Roofers in spite of the stress of the large projects. As a Realtor, I’ve met many roofers and have never had such an overall fantastic experience. The care and integrity I witnessed was absolutely refreshing!
