Pearson Roof Repairs does not just repair roofs, but is also able to install new roofs. Due to the pitch and material of my home's roof there are different repair and replacement options I had to consider. The cost was reasonable, the work was sound (and passed inspection). They are honest and reliable, you can tell they have been in business for some time and they are family owned. Their crew went to great lengths to protect our bushes, flowers, deck, patio, and front walkway. They finished in under a day and there was not a nail or piece of shingle to be found! I worked with Pearson Roof Repairs. From first contact to completion everything went perfectly. We had a little rain during our tile reset job but they never missed a beat and completed the job on-time. After the end of each day, the crew cleaned up the front and back of my house which was greatly appreciated. Having your roof redone is not something any of us want but for a 30 year old house, a lot of work was needed and although I might not need them for another 30 years, I will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone I know with roofing concerns.
I had a great experience with Pearson Roof Repairs. Ben was the project manger and he took extra time to go over all the details and explaining the costs of replacing a new roof. With a tight budget and busy work schedule I was very please with Thanh as I had a previous bad experience with a roofing salesman. The job went very smooth and the crew worked very hard and did a very good clean up job. There were no sudden additional costs at the time of replacing the roof.
