I called to ask about refurbishing a child’s bike for little brother. Jerry was quick to respond, asked for a photo, made an appointment and provided a quote immediately. The quality of work on the bike and the turn around time exceeded my expectations. I recommend this business and will revisit when needed.

This second review is a reply to the owner. My husband went to see you last Sunday and you wanted to charge him $300 to repair two adult bikes that were in good condition. He didn’t even bother to ask for more details because of your rude attitude and lack of professionalism. We looked for a second opinion and met the kindest man who repaired the bikes and did a full tune up for a fraction of what you were asking. More than the money itself, it’s your poor costumer service. Gosh! We should have paid more attention your poor ratings before calling you.

If you need a repair, call first to make sure they have parts. They were able to fix my flat quickly and friendly.nnBusted my stem cap about a mile from them, they picked me up, fixed tire, and I was on my way again nice and fast.

Jerry did a GREAT job fixing my rusty, beat up bike to the point that I can ride again! He came to my house, picked up the bike, then brought it back when repairs were completed. He also brought a couple bells and left them in my mailbox, just as he said he would. The pricing was fair and he stuck to his original quote. The only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars was he was a little later bringing the bike back than what he originally stated but these are unprecedented times and the demand for bikes is so high I understand he was incredibly busy.

Awesome service . Jerry was very responsive to my questions. Had 2 bikes for tune ups they came back in like new conditionnHe made recommendations for safety features which i didn't have on the bikes and much appreciated the caring attitude looking out to have the safest ride possible.
