Rack Attack Chicago

Had a great experience at Rack Attack and would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and friendly team that helped me select and install our rack and cargo box. I had plenty of questions and they addressed all of my concerns. They also were great on estimating the time it would take for the installation and walking us through everything.

I initially called to check availability of a Thule hitch mounted storage container after calling around to multiple other stores that were listed on the Thule website. The associate was extremely professional and friendly answering all my questions . I ended going in that same day to buy the unit and I also had the shop assemble the product for me for a minimal fee. When I arrived, the team took the time to show me how it installed on my car and again were extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Definitely white glove treatment and a great experience. I would highly recommend Rack Attack in Skokie!

We can't say enough about how terrific our recent experience was when purchasing a new bike rack at Rack Attack Chicago! Everyone we spoke to was really friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our installation was super efficient, yet they took all the time we needed to make certain we knew all the features and how to fully utilize our new rack. The 75 minute drive for us to get to their location and the extra expense to have them build and install the rack was worth every penny and then some. Would recommend to anyone for any car rack needs you may have...we will be back!

The staff at Rack Attack were well informed and scheduled our installation quickly. Every thing was finished in the time frame that was proposed at the outset. A clear and concise explanation of how the rack and carrier were installed, locked and unlocked, and the working of the cargo carrier was given. I recommend Rack Attack without hesitation.

Had a great experience with the team at Rack Attack Chicago. I had an idea of the rack and box I was looking for and simply emailed the guys at Rack Attack Chicago. I received a return call the same day, they confirmed the components I had picked would work with my vehicle, and set up a date for the install. Install only took an hour and then the team walked me through the products. It was easy process all the way around.
