Mack's Bike & Goods

What a cool store. For a bike shop it's really large with a great layout. The design is very urban and your eyes never stop moving. A very fun store experience. They tightened up a couple things on my daughter's bike and didn't even charge me. Nice guys. Will definitely be coming back and recommending Mack's

Awesome place and much friendlier than some of the other nearby bike shops. Went in to build a single speed. They were quick and super helpful! Went back multiple times to get it adjusted and they did not charge me for the times where I needed adjustments! Super chill and fun vibe too. Would certainly recommend!

I like how open the space is and how everything is laid out so it doesn't feel cramped. They have a parking spot and are located conveniently on a main street. They have a decent selections of various bikes for all ages.nnStaff are friendly and super helpful. Not really sure what's going on with their email but there was an instance where they didn't respond to an email I sent out. Other than that everything about this place is great.

I am excited to have the shop in our neighborhood. We went a long time without having anyone replace the old Schwinn shop from across the street. They exceeded my expectations when I needed a new set of tires, tubes and my wheels trued. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and charged much less than I thought it would cost. They have a good selection of adult's and children's bikes in stock.nThey even sell vinyl records! Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience, from seeing them first on social media to me walking through their doors, the whole process was super friendly. When you first walk in you can tell that Sam, Kelly and their team are passionate about what they do and how they present themselves. Evanston is one lucky place to have these fine folks servicing and supplying the community with an excellent bicycle experience.nnI cannot wait to see what more this new shop can do in the upcoming months.nnExcellent times good folks.
