Meghan and Austim helped with backpack sizing. They were great. Extra kudos to Meghan for being a super understanding and patient person.

The selection in storer was not stellar so I went the shop online pickup at the store route. I placed an order for in-store pickup. I went to the cashier less than 24 hours later, and they were able to provide my order within 1 minute. I shop here whenever I can as a member especially when there are sales and discounts from my membership. Highly recommended for quality products from lunch bags, to belts, to bicycles.

I came in search of a hiking pack. Not knowing much about what to look for, I asked for help. Luckily for me, the man I asked was Austin C. Austin was such a pro from the very start. He was thorough, polite and extremely knowledgeable on every single topic i brought up. To say I was blown away is an understatement!!! REI really hit the jackpot when they hired Austin. I will mention that another nice REI sales associate joined in and he too was very helpful and enthusiastically chimed in and made my experience really cool and fun. Ive been to a couple REIs in that past few years and never really engaged any employees. If everyone at REI is this cool I wouldnt be surprised. .......Anyway, Thanks Austin.
