This shop gave some of the best customer service I've ever had! I'd been searching for a bike for a while and called to see about their inventory. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I was looking for but recommended something they did have, so I drove to the store and was accompanied on a ride to test the bike out, which was great as I am not from the area. Not only did they try to best fit the bike to me prior to the test ride, but also post test ride. Ultimately I did not buy the bike, but I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat and would 100% drive the extra miles to purchase from them when it's time to upgrade again!

My favorite bike shop on the northshore (or anywhere for that matter). I brought in my bike after trying to service it myself and the shop fixed it right on the spot and also gave me some advice on what I did wrong. They are such a friendly and helpful shop. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks GBC!!!!

Worst customer service in the industry.nnI've spoken with and dealt with many shops that share the same passion and drive to providing the best customer service along with highest quality products possible. GREEN BAY CYCLES is NOT one of those shops. Here's why... I called GREEN BAY CYCLES for general warranty question about my GIANT DEFY 3 because my bike was purchased from them and the frame cracked. Pam one of the owners as she stated answered and as I attempted to ask the seemly easy question in a very friendly way about what my direction should be get my broken frame repaired. Immediately I was interrupted and was treated with the utmost disrespectful rudeness I've had in any customer service situation so I hung up the phone. ud83eudd2c Shortly after ending the call her. Her husband Larry calls me back ud83dude00 to try and clarify the situation. Hold up...before I continue I will interject that from other reviews that I had read before calling them. They seem to be nice people so there's the off chance they may have been having a bad day. I DON'T KNOW ud83eudd14 but what I do know and what happened in my case was that they seemed they didn't even want to provide the assistance I was needing for this issue but also I was never even allowed to fully state my problem before I was rudely interrupted by both of them and jokingly discredited as being the culprit ud83dude27 In conclusion...In the future when it comes to spending a few thousand dollars on another high quality road bike I will steer clear of this place and I would highly recommend that anyone reading this do the same.

This is a great bike shop run by people who care. Great service and extremely good products. This is a business that deserves your patronage. They will do what it takes to make you satisfied. Use them!
