I was very impressed with the customer service and the very professional roof installation!! At 57 years old I have dealt with many roofing companies but never have I been treated with the courtesy and respect I received from B2N they dealt with ever aspect working with my insurance to insure I received the maximum benefits that in turn made sure I received the best roof money could buy at minimal out of pocket cost to me !! I would highly recommend B2N to anyone who needs roofing repairs or replacement!! Once again thank you B2N !!

A large maple tree dropped a limb on my roof this past summer and punctured it. I hired B2N myself after USAA told me they did not have an adjuster for me locally (too rural, I guess haha) and I am very happy that I did.nnAnthony and his crew inspected my roof and found previous hail damage that I had not known about and were able to work with USAA in getting my entire roof replaced. Under normal circumstances this job would be stressful for me, but even with a pandemic raging and affecting supply-chains for parts we needed (to say nothing of people getting sick), Anthony and B2N were professional at all times, kept me informed of their progress in getting me exactly the color materials and style I asked for, and respected the rules regarding covid-19 mitigations.nnThis bears repeating because the truth matters: B2N was able to complete my roof replacement to my satisfaction largely because they respect science, and by taking care of themselves by following mitigation protocols they were able to keep themselves healthy enough to do the job as well as not putting myself and my family at risk when they were on my property.nnProfessionalism, competence, and being able to adapt to changing and unusual circumstance are qualities that one wants out of any kind of business not just a construction company. I hope to never have another tree limb fall on my house, but if I do I know I'm calling B2N.

The team of Tracy and Melissa came to the home and checked for hail damage that was a couple of days ago. We have done business with them. Friendly staff and the roof is still quality after 5 years.
