I chose to get a quote from Tom's Roofing for a repair due to the reviews that were posted. Boy, was it totally the opposite. I called for an appointment and the lady that answered told me her son Phillip would come out and look at the roof. He did arrive on time and was very pleasant. He said that I would get a quote in a couple of days. Since it was a Friday, I expected something by Tuesday. Nothing. I then called to make sure that my email was correct and got an answering machine. I left my name asking for a call back. Nothing. I called again and got the answering machine again. No response and no quote. I would not recommend this business. If this is how it begins, I am afraid I do not want to see the end. My money will be spent elsewhere.

I am so impressed with Tom's Roofing. The quote was spot on. They used high quality heather blend architect shingles, replace plumbing boots, water and ice shields in the valleys, and replaced ridge vents. Tom and his son were great to work with. Personable and friendly. I just cant say enough about them. Great bunch of folks.

Tom's Roofing just completed my large roof in one day. They were a great team that didn't waste any time. They were very professional and took pride in their work. They put down tarps to protect the area and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed by the whole process. Also, Tom himself was very easy to do business with.

Tom's Roofing is a 5-star professional service provider. Fair. Honest. Quality. Efficient. Dependable. All the qualifications you want in a company and people who take care of your home. Certified with the local Better Business Bureau, they have a well-deserved rating.
