Bought his and her Trek Bikes probably 5 years ago. We are very pleased with the friendliness and the care given to our bikes and ourselves. The Bikes still ride like newnOne item on my Bucket List was to get a Car with a hitch where I can attach a Bike Holder. Checked that off Got the car with the hitch and bought the Bike Carrier here Another reason to be pleased.

We had a great experience with the service department yesterday. Matt found a perfect solution to our issue and installed it quickly and efficiently. We thought we were going to have to trade in our bike and lose money on that. Instead he found a way with the bike we already have. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable about additional accessories we needed. Very happy with this shop.

In the middle of a road trip from Alabama to Wyoming we had a failure with our current bike rack. After calling around The Cyclery not only had the bike rack we needed, they were willing to put it together and have it ready for us! Upon arrival, we realized that bike rack wouldn’t work for one of our bikes but they had a different one in stock that they built that worked. They helped us get everything installed, swapped over and us back on the road. Very friendly staff. Excellent customer service!

We popped in out of the blue when my rear brake needed new pads and a new cable. They were super accomodating and fit in my repair as we were just biking through. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely nice. He was thorough and even installed a rubber stopper to prevent future water from getting into the cable. Parts and service were inexpensive; I would highly recommend this bike shop.
