If you're looking for a local bike shop that offers excellent service at a reasonable price and is family oriented, look no further. Alek is dedicated to providing the best service possible. He's a great mechanic and all-around fantastic guy. He's been helping us maintain our family's bikes for a number of years and we are always very thankful for him taking care of us.

Absolutely the BEST hometown bike shop. Ever. I am fairly new to the biking world (about 3 months) when I stumbled onto this shop looking for a bike. Not only was Alec and Max very helpful, friendly and welcoming; but they made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect the minute I walked in the door. They spent time getting to know me, listened to my needs and set me up with the perfect bike. I began coming to the weekly shop rides, meeting many new riders, who I would now call my friends. This is a very community based shop! Such a great group of people all around. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the shop, the great guys, and high level of customer service you will not find anywhere else!! This is your one stop shop! Thank you Alec and Max!

Perhaps, in addition to competence, you'd like for kindness and community spirit to characterize your local bike shop. True? Then the Bike Factory is the LBS for you. Watching the respect and care with which the staff work with young cyclists gives smiles and inspiration.

This has been my go to shop for a number of years. Alec has always been very generous with his time and taught me a lot about not only riding bikes, but maintaining them as well. Service is usually punctual and done very well. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a new bike or repairs. Although I will add the disclaimer that they are keeping fewer bikes in stock compared to previous years, however they can order and build just about anything you want.
