Called in prescription refill on the 9th it is the 25th and my medication still hasnt arrived they gave me something similar instead after i explained to them how big of a deal this is and this happens legitimately every.single.refill. will never refill prescriptions here again

Reviews are correct everytime I call pharmacy im on hold for over 15 mins hirrer more workers. Im changing my pharmacy.

Everytime I come here there's a line with one cashier. The cashier is always slow and seems to not understand or is not trained properly on how to run a register.nWhen they FINALLY call for backup, the next person slowly walks to the front with no energy or enthusiasm and like they just got out of bed.

While I'm not always so crazy about CVS, I'm giving this location 5 stars based off of other CVS locations (not based off of other retailers).nnThis store is new, clean, and bright. Products are easily and readily available.nnWhat really stood out to me today was that there was only one cashier on but her customer service was so genuine and kind that it didn't bother anyone to wait in line. 2 customers in front of me was an elderly woman with coupons, she treated her with such kindness and care. The woman in front of me was the same situation. And then when it got to me, it was no different. I also had a few coupons to use. She was so sweet and helpful!nnGreat job at this location and great job with this employee! I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves recognition!
