CVS corporate rarely keeps their commitment to the extra care rewards for prescriptions, it constantly needs to be checked. For a corporation that makes millions , it's unbelievable they feel the need to not to pay out a $5 reward. Pharmacists are always overworked without enough staff. I am concerned mistakes will be made.
Well lit store, mostly nicely displayed item. Had to laugh at their display at the end of the isle for 2 liter bottles of soda. 7Up was on sale.... but so far under the piles of other soda. You would need a forklift to take one out of the display.
Store is clean and employees are polite but there is never any help at the register and there is always a line.
Amazing service at the pharmacy.
Had an issue with insurance. However, Courtney and Cynthia took time out of their very busy day to help me. Moreover, they went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service!nnThank you!!!
