Hotel was clean and beautiful! Breakfast was decent. I was glad it was open till 10 am :). The tvs offer Netflix and YouTube! big plus. Overall the hotel was a great place away from home
This place is awesome! Best customer service around! Wonderfully clean, new room, was fantastic. Staff was smiling, fun, and made it an enjoyable experience all the way around! Would stay here again and again and again!
Rooms are comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Staff is very professional but also helpful and friendly!
First travel in covid era. Hotel good location, good condition for age. Room was fine, good TV and video package. Limited amenities, no coffee in room, refrigerator and microwave. Good parking. All standard covid precautions in place. Limited hot breakfast, served to eat outside. One manager very helpful, one not so much. Would stay again.
After driving over 9 hours, we arrived to find out that the hotel only had 2 pack and plays and neither was available. The hotel website advertised that they had cribs and/or pack and plays available for infants. Due to the safety concern of not having a crib or pack and play my husband and I had to take shifts sleeping to ensure the safety of our baby. This was highly disappointing and upon talking to the front desk attendant about it in the morning, the hotel manager didn't even bother to come out and apologize. Another complaint would be the hour long check-in process which was NOT the fault of the front desk attendant, but rather due to a new key card system. After 6 failed room keys we were then switched to a different room entirely. On a positive note, the hotel staff were kind and very helpful, our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the hot breakfast was delicious, and the pool was a lot of fun for the kids. But the fact that the hotel only had 2 pack and plays was unacceptable and the overly long check-in process was exhausting after such a long drive.
