After having to travel in the middle of a pandemic, I have found a 'gem' in this Microtel in Wheeling, W. Va. Clean, well cared-for, friendly, helpful. Wish all hotels were like this.
Friendly staff ,neat inn great service
Called here for as a member of Wyndham Rewards and they do not honor them even though the hotel is by Wyndham. Prices are as much as double in comparison to hotels in the area but no amenities!
My boyfriend and I had the most pleasant experience at this hotel! Not that we travel a lot, but this hotel takes the gold star and the top of our list for sure. First of all, the room was immaculate and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The staff was all very nice and pleasant. We arrived to breakfast with plenty of time to eat, but pushing the end of their breakfast times. The food was delicious and still fresh. The waffles were empty and I informed the staff member working breakfast. She very nicely said thank you and proceeded to replace the waffle mix. Sadly these days it seems difficult to find such kind people especially when you ask for help. Thankful for their kind staff. We are very pleased with our stay and every aspect of the experience!!!
