Stayed here in March 2021. Very clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Great prices for what we got. Bed was so comfortable! Shower was amazing!!! Water pressure was strong and temp was hot! Loved the Watkins soaps too. Wonderful!!!!ud83dudc97
Overall this was a great stay. Here's the details.nnPros: Very friendly, served a real breakfast (not a cheapo grab bag), everything was clean, pool and hot tub were both great, location is perfect, and I'm sure there's more good but you get the idea.nnCons. Our light in our room would not turn all the way off just kind of had a dim glow all night, hallways and elevator were all very cold as if the heat was off, some thing just seemed off as in an elevator was out of order, a chair coming apart in the pool room (yeah might be picky), ice machine out of order, and a few other small things.nnWould I stay here again? Yes.nAnd especially a big YES and a 5 star review if the hotel were just a bit more.... Functional(?)
Best hotel in wheeling. I came up from Florida and the staff were awesome and friendly. Everyone was welcoming and helpful.nn100% awesome
For one night it was good. The clerk at checkin was excellent. The handy cap room not requested, 1st floor good, but there is no counter space around the sink.
Our family had a great stay from 12/22/20-12/24/20. Clean and spacious suite (room 302). Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, fitness room, and to-go breakfast served by an attendant. Our request for a rollaway bed was granted.
