Room and whole facility was neat and clean. I only stayed one night, but it was quiet, the staff was friendly and it was about $100 including tax.
Stayed here last week. Place was clean and tidy. Overall 5-stars. However, a few areas where I feel like improvement is needed. Upon coming into the hotel, there was no one at the front desk, we rang the bell and waited and waited. After several minutes someone finally came and checked us in. They may have had an off day, but a think a more cheerful welcome is greatly appreciated after a long day traveling. This seemed to be the case quite often, we'd pass by the front coming and going and rarely was anyone around. Maybe due to covid, they're under staff, but they need to be sure to have enough staff present to manage and run the hotel effectively and efficiently w/o jeopardizing the clients experience. Where there not serving hot breakfast also due to the restrictions, you'd think they could come up with different ideas for the bag breakfasts you could pickup at the counter. 1 orange and small muffin gets old after 3 days. Good thing I don't eat breakfast much, but thinking of others with kids. Small things that I think could help make one's stay much more enjoyable.
Always clean and friendly staff. Very comfortable and safe spot.
Wonderful staff. Our room was clean and sanitized. Beautiful suite with everything we needed. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations. We'll be back.
