The staff here is absolutely amazing!!!!!! No matter what time day or night whenever I spoke with the staff they were always smiling and willing to help out. They truly take pride in their work. The place is just breath taking from the décor and lay out. And OMG they are serving HOT breakfast every morning. That is a huge plus!!!!
I live out of hotels for work and I've never given a 5 star review but this is the best holiday inn I've ever stayed at!!!!!!! The sales manager goes above and beyond! This hotel is amazing and so is the staff!
New and very nice. Plenty of room, comfortable bed, nice television, counter space in bathroom, but water was a little soft for my taste. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely will return.
New facility! Ethernet port in each room. Good wifi coverage. Comfortable rooms, beds, and a variety of pillow densities for different sleepers. There are multiple plugs near the bed and the desk with both standard outlets and USB outlets for charging without a brick. Customer service was friendly and kind. Was able to easily set up my travel router to provide wifi to game consoles that don't get redirected when connecting to hotel wifi. Definitely a positive experience.
