Pembroke Springs is absolutely amazing! This is our second stay after 11 years, and we absolutely will be returning! Lisa took great care of us even while we were remaining socially distant. The baths, the room, the hiking trails and the house are so lovely! My now fiance proposed to me here this past Tuesday, and Lisa setup the deck with lights, flowers and candles to make it romantic and perfect. We highly recommend this retreat to everyone. It's the perfect place to disconnect, spend time with loved ones and just relax overall. Thank you Lisa!!!
Such a gorgeous resort! The owner, Lisa, is wonderfully personable and an excellent host. The decor is pleasantly Japanese inspired, and the baths are truly delightful. I can't recommend highly enough.
My wife and I stayed two nights and had opportunities to try their course meal plan. We really enjoyed modern eclectic western and Japanese cuisine. It was perfect for Pembroke Springs' theme. Japanese style baths were very relaxing, plus the owner was friendly the whole time.
This place is absolutely gorgeous in the fall time!
