Affordable, clean, very friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. And not just one kind one and everybody else was meh, it was literally everybody I interacted with was so kind. The ONLY downside was (and they told me upfront so still fair cause I knew going into it) if they give you a workers rate for a week there's zero refund... Even if you have to leave on day two :( so that was a bummer but just be certain your job is secure and it'll make for an excellent place to stay! Also!! Super convenient location.
Local lodging, great for someone looking for comfortable unpretentious digs. This was clean, well organized...and even leant us a corkscrew to celebrate with one of West Virginia's best sweet wines. Reasonably priced, great stopping point for travel.
The hotel itself seems ok, but the guy checking us in at the front desk wasn’t wearing a mask even though they have signs on the front door and at the check-in desk saying that everyone is required to wear masks due to WV law. Simply irresponsible. If this is how little they care about their own rules and the safety of their guests, it makes you wonder how much they care about cleanliness or food safety or any number of things you expect from a hotel.
Good night's sleep with caring people who care to do it right. You're guaranteed to find a helpful person behind the front desk whether in person or on the phone. Worth leaving a review for y'all!
