While traveling, tried to get a prescription filled here and it took them a week to get back to me and tell me that they tried my original pharmacy “20 times” and it always says they are at lunch. The recording says they are closed for lunch...between the hours of 12-1. If they would’ve held on for literally one more second they would’ve heard the rest of the recording. When I called to tell them that, the guy I spoke with said no matter what time of day they called they would get that message...yeah um because it’s a recording!!?!? Then he proceeded to tell me that they tried multiple times and were even hung up on. I’ve worked with my previous pharmacy since 2011 and have never had an issue. When I told the guy from Martins this, he said “oh so you think I’m lying?” I said yeah either that or there is some other miscommunication happening. He cut me off and then said he would get his pharmacist. Was on hold for what seemed forever before I just got fed up and hung up. Now, my partner is out of critical and possibly life threatening medication and no resolution in sight.

Has a decent selection of organic foods. Familiar faces. Kids have an area to color and carts to push around on their own. The customer service counter line and check out lines could use some more people operating it so it cuts down on the wait.

They let me run out of my adhd meds when mine were lost for 3 days and told me to go somewhere else also he wanted a police report for lost meds that makes no since till I said I'll get a new persciption for a new med like my old one then you will have to fill it then the manager said mabey i can fill it I walked out with my meds finally after be not able to function for 3 days thanks martins pharmacist manager for being ignorint and so rude I would give a 0 rating if I could because its unacceptable

Generally O.K. for quick pick up items but if you shop in their Bakery, check out the ingredients on the labels for all of the bakery. You'll be blown away. A piece of Red Velvet cake I looked at, had about fifty ingredients, one being aluminum bromide! Last time I checked, cake was flour, eggs, milk water and sugar. $25.00-$75.00 more expensive per large shopping run than Walmart

I have been a pharmacy customer for almost 3 years and I am still treated like a stranger. On April 18, 2019 I came straight from the hospital after getting a chest xray for possible pneumonia and was told to wait a half an hour for my meds. This turned into 1 hr and 15 minutes. The men treated me very rude. I am switching to another pharmacy.
