I've been staying here probably 6 outta the past 8 months. The older couple who own it, Mr. & Mrs. Underwood r extremely nice, & caring people. I had nowhere to go wen my house burned last July. Brother died and had to drive 7 hours! Asked the lady for sympathy to allow our little dog (child) if she could stay. My fiancé is a former trooper and told her we would pay any deposits & had no place to stay. Lady was rude and cold towards the situation. My mother found her son,my brother dead. We know for a fact they have made exceptions in the past. Never again

Came from Cleveland Ohio .... The people there are so sweet respectful Nice the place is clean ... House keeping was Good Nice women .... I Can say I will be back soon ☺ufe0f My husband & kids loved it ..... First time I've been to west virginia. ...

Much nicer than expected, honestly. Nice & quiet; peaceful with a sense of privacy. The rooms are clean & decently maintained.. not spotless & all-new, but satisfactory. Only complaint is there's no phone system at all that I'm aware of... Calling the number listed on Google does nothing & the room phone will not dial, no matter what button combination you try for an outgoing call. But considering most of us have cell phones these days, would recommend overall.
