I was here visiting a friend and was approached by 2 individuals that looked high on drugs. They were asking for a ride to the river. I said NO! Then they started cussing me out. I will never go back there

Great affordable place to live. Quite safe and clean.
Management team enforces rules. Perfect for families. Good schools. Jobs nearby. New hospital under construction. City spending millions repaving streets. Nice neighbors. Good for single parents. Paved streets and security cameras.

Management there is a joke The man and his wife who runs the place can’t do there job correctly the dumpsters are always overflowing trash everywhere The light poles are burnt out and need replacing
