Care Free Homes really blew me away because their price was so much lower than the two other quotes I got from competing contractors. Not only that, but their product and warranty was much, much better. Add to that that they were on time, polite, super friendly, very communicative and professional, and I will absolutely hire them again. It's been a long time since I have been that impressed by any handyman/contractor/plumber.
They installed a new roof, they were awesome. On time clean up was amazing. Price and warranty was great!!

Care Free Homes were very quick to look at my house and then give me a price quote after I contacted them on-line. I needed to have the old vinyl siding replaced along with one window. We ran into more rotted wood than expected but that did not slow down the job at all. They had carpenters there the same day. The two man crew that were here every day were professional and hard-working. I love my house! They did a great job!
Care Free Homes removed our original 20-yr old roof down to the bare wood and replaced it with a hurricane rated roof with a transferable warranty. They were fantastic - neat, clean, worked in one section at a time so our roof was never open. Completed the entire job in two days, and cleaned up throughout so there was absolutely no debris - no old shingle pieces, no plastic backings, no old pieces of tar paper , and they used tarps to catch everything they removed from the roof without letting anything get into our gardens. By far the best contractor I've ever used. The cost was much less than I was expecting, and the workmanship is perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough. In our neighborhood of 30 homes, they've replaced the roof on about 10, and now I understand why we're all choosing Care Free.
