The team at Mellow Johnny's is amazing. I live in NYC but wanted to purchase an assembled bike with all the accessories for a friend living in Austin. They did not have what I was looking for in stock. No problem though. I was able to order a bike online and ship it directly to Mellow Johnny's to be assembled. Dave explained the process to me over email and kept me updated. Once it was assembled, TJ helped pick out all of the accessories over the phone. My friend was able to pick up the bike and simply ride. The entire process was seamless. Thank you for helping me pull off a great birthday present from across the country!
Nothing but good things to say about this shop and the people that work there. Always helpful and knowledgable. The services shop goes way out of their way to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I don't know any secret handshake or code word, but they have treated me well every single time I walk in the door.
Blue lives matter
So far my experience has been awesome, staff is always extremely helpful and nice, which is a nice change from most other shops I've been to.nHad a tune up done, bike was ready in under 24hrs and rode better than ever. Great crew.
I had a flat tire at 4:48 today, got to Mellow Johnny's like 5 after closing. They stayed and fixed my flat, and were so nice about it. Y'all, seriously cool folks!
