We purchased our bike in December and couldn't be happier with our decision. We live in a rural area with gravel roads and paths through the woods. The Zugo handles it all. We take it along when we are camping to run errands.nThe bike catches everyone's attention and they want to know more.nnJust as great as the bike, is the customer service. We visited the store twice and did a test drive. We asked MANY questions and the team was so patient.nPhone support also top notch.

I love my Zugo bike. It rides great, I can easily fit another person on the back and it goes forever before you need to recharge it. I get a lot of compliments on it. People do double takes when they see it and they come over to ask me about it. The price / value ratio is spot on. Also the company provides great support. A+

We have 2 electric bikes. Definitely the best bikes on the market even when compared to several other known brands. Good value with pricing for sure! This bike over delivers in every aspect as well as the ZuGo electric bike team.nCustomer service is awesome. I left a voicemail and their customer service got back to me quickly.nWe take our bikes on easy trails, non technical, to the grocery store, and out for neighbors hood rides.nReally happy with the speed, and ease to ride. My husband liked the look of this step over while my step thru is perfect for my size.

I take my fat tire e-bike everywhere. Through downtown Austin on errands, on mountain bike trails with a variety of terrain types, and even to Zilker Park. It's a lot of fun to ride and affordably priced. Excellent quality and excellent company for sure.I have the long range battery upgrade, super charger, alarm, and cargo rack which I recommend for everyone. I did a lot of research on electric bikes in advance prior to making this investment.My bike is perfect and I couldn't be happier with it.

Best electric bike on the market!nnHusband and I love our step thru electric bike and step over e bike! The battery lasts forever. We also have a supercharger for when we’re on longer trips.nnI like to use mine when I “walk the dog”. While my husband likes to take it out for long distances.nnAll of our friends and neighbors like our bikes and have been ordering them as well. They look great, ride smooth, and are versatile for a variety of road types.nnWe live in Colorado. Bike comes in handy that’s for sure.
