Luis did a good job replacing our roof and gutters.Him and his crew showed up and completed the job On time answered our questions and concerns overall a job well done .We will definitely hire him again for future projects .
To much money. Then I ask to get a quote on what I wanted. He sends me some pictures to look at some work he has done . I was in Google looking at samples of work to get ideas and downloaded some fotos from another company . Ironically this guy send me the same picture I downloaded from another company saying that they had done this job.
Luis and his crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was reasonably priced and went above and beyond to make sure I got a good roof.

Luis and LMC Home Remodeling did the roof over on my home. LMC had the quickest response time from any of the contractors I contacted about the project. They were always quick to respond to any question I had about the project. After getting several estimates from various roofing companies, LMC was able to offer to most competitive quote. Not only did they give me a reasonable price for the job, but it came along with top notch delivery of the work. Luis and his team wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. His team worked diligently on the project, took caution to ensure it would be done safely and without harm to my property, and ensured post-work everything was clean and tidy. While doing the work, even though they covered the house and put tarps down to protect it, a shingle did fall off the side end up putting a slit in my screen window. Luis was very apologetic and came the very next day to repair it. Overall, very pleased with LMC and their work. Roof looks great, comes with a 10 year workmanship and lifetime material warrantee, and the fact that Luis stands by his work and reputation. If you live in city of Brockton (or surrounding area), support this local company with your business.
