Based on neighbor's seemingly positive experience, contacted company for bid. Two calls in spoke with Chris, sounding knowledgable, personable and interested. Unfortunately he was a no show for his scheduled appointment and did not return any calls. I thought something bad happened to him or crew, but learned through neighbor he was simply busy and never to be heard from again. Hit or miss I guess, but very unprofessional.

Chris came out and gave me a price on my daughters house. I have been in construction over 50 years s o I know the questions to ask and what to look for. I told him my practice is to get several prices and I did. He called me a few days later and we gave him the job. I asked for all his insurance papers he said no problem and he emailed them over in a day or two. He pulled the permit and we set a date. Very professional. I told him we couldn’t start for a couple of weeks again he said no problem. I told him we needed a certain type of vent, he said no problem. His supplier sent the wrong vents with the materials , I contacted him and he confirmed they had indeed sent the wrong vents. He got on the phone and had his suppler order the correct ones and he had them in two days. We were supposed to start the job on Tuesday on Sunday I got a text from Chris and he said It is supposed to rain Monday and he had another job that he had to do so we so we went for Wednesday same thing happened. On Wednesday he said he would try to switch things around so we could get the house done this week. He text a while later and said Thursday is a go. The dumpster was delivered that evening. At 6:30 Thursday morning here comes Chris checking to see that we are all set. We needed to move some furniture ,again he said no problem, do you sense a pattern here? His men moved everything and were very careful trying not to damage anything and they succeeded. As a long time contractor the words that are music to my ears is “ no problem”. The job was completed in 1 day ,the property was left spotless, and it looks like they were never here.nnSorry this is so long, but I thought something more than ,“he did a great job” was needed. Easton Roofing went above and beyond. And I appreciated the job they did.

Great quality and fair price. Did the roof, leaf guards on the gutter and even an exterior door and rot repair. All done quickly and professionally.

I highly recommend Easton Roofing. The owner, Chris, was very responsive and explained the process and pricing in detail. We had a big job including nine skylight replacements. The crew was in and out in a day with a few touch ups on the skylights after that, and the owner supervised the project himself. The house looks great!
