Management is just HORRIBLE. Doesnt answer the phones is NO help when we need they cant even fix the pot holes that gave me a flat. They just dont care about the community AT ALL. i stopped taking my dogs to the dog park because THEY COULDNT EVEN CLEAN THAT. if i new this place was going to have such POOR management i would've never in a million years lived here. Beautiful community i feel sorry for the older people still living with this management.

Posting this on move in day. While it took longer than anticipated to finally get a lease signed after we were approved, the walk through was fairly smooth on the move in day. Property management was a little difficult to get a hold of initially but once we did everything moved quickly.

Very unorganized management, the roads are horrible and are in need of repair, trash is constantly blowing into my yard from other areas, the AC is ALWAYS broken, management does not meet the tenants needs (such as repairs, communication, etc.). I submitted a work order almost a month ago and nothing was done. Woke up this morning to find that the AC unit leaked water into the kitchen. Had my original work order been taken care of, this probably wouldn’t have happened. They tell you to use the resident portal for work orders and such, but then nothing gets done. Did I mention they increase your rent every year if you don’t decide to buy the house you’re renting? Yeah, money matters to them more than the tenants. I wouldn’t recommend this headache of a place to anyone.

Rachel has been a delightful manager very attentive on what we were looking for, thank you very much for making it possible for us we are absolutely satisfied with the home we are living in!

Place is very cute on the outside but very corrupt management. Lorena is disliked by residents and bugs them constantly. always posting rent slips even after rent is paid. Office hours are not kept too with "extended lunch" daily and the posted Saturday hours are false.
