If you like creepy old maintenance men, a trailer that’s falling apart, a bunch of unnecessary fees and 50 speed bumps to your house? Then valley verde is the place for you!

It's a very clean and well maintained community with later model mobile homes and an extra nice fenced in park. This could be rated as one of the best of Las Cruces however, there is no pass gate, security guard or inasmuch as an entrance security camera, which is why they get 4 stars.
Very nice and well maintained trailer park. Prices are great. Staff is amazing! They helped my husband and I purchase our first home 😁 Love everything about valley verde!!
