The staff at Johns Trike Shop are top notch. I took in two trikes (that I did not purchase here) that needed a lot of work done. Rhett worked with me through the entire process and went above and beyond in providing high quality service. I had a lot of questions. He took the time to answer each one and based on his recommendations, I added the right upgrades and after several weeks of daily use, I could not be happier with the results. I spent some considerable time in the shop and each and every customer who walked through the door was attended to with respect and a positive attitude. No matter who you end up working with (John, Rhett, Eddy or Phil), you will be very pleased with your experience.

I have purchased 4 trikes from a LBS here in Houston and none of the build qualities have even come close the build that Rhett built. The whole staff working the day I drove up to pick up my trike were very nice and accommodating. From now on all my trikes will come fro John’s trikes & Bikes, it is well worth the drive from Sugarland.

No one, I mean, No One in the DFW Metroplex has the knowledge and expertise on recumbent trikes as John's Trikes and Bikes. Even the different trike manufacturers recommend working with them. They know their stuff. John, Rhett, Christie, Eddie, and Paul, are super fantastic to work with. Customer service is superb and they are very honest. We have purchased 4 trikes from John's and are super happy.
