This is the best motel 6 I have ever stayed at. They were polite and professional. It was clean and they room we received was the room that was reserved. I do wish there was a guide to see what was on the TV stations.
Sadly, this location has the worst customer service of any Motel 6 we have experienced.
There were ants crawling all over the a/c unit. The microwave oven they provided kept popping a circuit.
We were told they would give us another room. Six hours later, we are still waiting.
My best recommendation is to avoid this location.
Hey Motel 6 is moving up in the world. Cute comfy clean rooms. Las Cruces has great tap water. Friendly service at the front desk, and they don't ask too many questions.
Over all the place was higher quality than most other motel sixes I stayed at. There was an ice machine and a microwave and the Room was clean. The staff is a bit too "corporate", don't know how better to explain it, but over all is nice.
