Holiday Inn Express & Suites Las Cruces North

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was extremely clean. They allow dogs.

Booked my room for a TOTAL of $93.26 online. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk handed me a receipt for $99. I told her that I booked the room for $93.26 online. She says she will fix it tomorrow morning and that I had nothing to worry about. Next morning I am handed a receipt for $107. I check my billing online, and now I have 2 charges, one for $107 and the other for $118. Asked the employees to fix it, but they said they couldn't do anything. Contacted the manager but got no response. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON GETTING RIPPED OFF! THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU ARE YOUNG/A STUDENT.

Top notch accomodations and breakfast. Friendly staff and good sized indoor pool and gym.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Nothing to complain about at all!

Very polite and helpful staff. Room was clean and we'll appointed. Be pleased to stay here when we are back in town.
