TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

Not sure what year this was built but there was a water issue when I arrived. The water was out so I could not shower till the next morning after my flight. Hot water at night for showering is also an issue. I went to floor 1 to see the laundry area and passed by the water control room and the entire area outside the door was sopping wet. I like the kitchen but this place is dirty. The cleaning is minimal at best. Every is dirty/dusty and there is no enhanced cleaning during covid that I can see. I’m not talking a little dust either. It doesn’t appear that masks are mandatory here - they are struggling. One night is doable but long term this is not for me.

Great location, excellent staff and a good breakfast in the morning. Only suggestion would be to vaccum your halls and stairs. We stayed 4 nights and the same trash on the steps from the day we arrived, and still there when we checked out. Beds were very comfortable and roomy rooms

We have been here a little over a week now due to some repairs being done on our local home here in Las Cruces. The staff was very welcoming and nice to the whole family. Answered any question or concerns we had. Always had what we needed in our room and were offered more due to our larger family.

Very nice and clean! Would stay there again.
