If you are going to buy a bike, buy it from here!!! The staff are truly amazing people, they talked with us for a couple of hours as we have never shopped for bikes before, they gave us great tips and information and didn't try to sell us on anything. We went to a couple other bike shops before coming here, and all of them tried to sell us on bikes over 4 grand, we wanted quality bikes at a good price and none of them had anything, but Action Bikes had an amazing selection. They let us test drive the bikes around for as long as we needed too. Amazing customer service and amazing bikes! This review doesn't give them the credit they deserve, you guys are the best!!!

First time coming to a bike shop. I wasn’t at all familiar with cycling but I just got a Peloton. I was greeted and assured by Bill and Howard who were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to give me multiple options as far as shoes and a new seat for the bike. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this store it’s very friendly and team oriented. I’m excited to try out my shoes and possibly venture into a new hobby. Thanks Action Bikes!

This is the best place to get a bike. The staff is great, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. We have purchased 4 bikes from them. (Our bikes were stolen and had to be replaced) We won’t go anywhere else; best place ever!

Action bikes is an awesome business. First time in a bike store for me and I was treated with respect, as well as given all of the information and advice I could ask for from Howard. This place blows most other businesses out of the water with its customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I took my son's bike and for service and they were happy to assist. They have definitely earned my business in the future!
