AC sounded like it was going to fall off the wall every 15 minutes. No WiFi. TV remote didn't work. Shower head broken. Trickle of hot water out of the sink (cold ran fine). Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Called down to the front desk twice at 10:30 pm and again at 11:00 pm to ask for more blankets. No answer. Coffee filter didn't fit the coffee maker. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Sofa bed was mediocre for the kiddo. Fridge and microwave worked fine. Other than this, it was a nice stay.
Best place if stayed in Cruces so far! The bath needed some caulking work but that was literally my only complaint.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom light was on a very sensitive motion detector with a short timer on it, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable!
Very clean rooms and nice staff! Pleasant stay.
Nice stay, but no hot breakfast due to the pandemic. Had to settle for bagged breakfast, and even then, we weren't given what we chose from the form you get to fill out when you check in.
