Yolanda was very nice and patient with me I have trouble hearing and I can only communicate with sign language the young lady was really nice and helped me with my stay she even gave me water bottles and a snack after a long day. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.
Always our stop in Las Cruces! Such a great hotel. Very clean, nice beds. Staff is incredible!
Covid restrictions still in place, but they gave us a paper to fill out with breakfast items and had them in a sack to pick up next morning.... cereal, milk, juice, granola bars, yogurt, muffins, etc and a sausage biscuit to heat up in microwave. Better than most places during the restrictions.
Fromt dest host was great. He helped in everyday he could to make our room and trip great.
Rooms were clean and up to date, but the lobby area and elevators were pretty gross. Pool was closed due to COVID which would have been nice to enjoy since it had a water slide - but we understand why it needs to be closed. Front desk people need to work on their customer service skills.
