SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

We stayed during the pandemic as we made it way back home. Under going renovations, but our room was still nice. Friendly, helpful night and day staff. Masks are required at all times except in guest rooms. Saw cleaning and maintenance staff with masks on while working. We sanitized room again with Clorox and Lysol products we brought, and wipes were still white after we sanitized again. Breakfast-to-go options are good during this pandemic.

Very nice hotel on I-10. We stayed in one of their updated king suites. It was very nice and very well done. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room was great but the microwave and fridge looked very old and the fan was very dusty but the beds were both comfortable. Another was the AC would go on and off and the room was very hot but the bathroom was also nice and loved the view of the hotel room! I also have a complaint that the next floor on top was under construction but my family heard a lot of banging and thudding and the wifi is slow.

I am a faithful marriott user for my hotel travels, but I have to say I was disappointed in my stay. The first room the door would not work and the second room was ok, old looking...rooms definitely need some help. But, that wasn't the issue. When I got into the bed and was laying there trying to sleep I became very itchy. So I got out and checked sheets and mattress. I didn't see anything, but the mattress was old looking and sheets did not smell fresh. The fan was very dusty too. To me, it seems as if the room may have not been cleaned in awhile. It's been 3 days and I'm still itchy. I had my husband check for bites, he said he didn't see anything so I'm going to assume it is from dust and dirt. Will not be coming back.

Great custoner service. Elizabeth was a great help with questions. She was very professional. John was also very helpful. Pleasant stay.
