All in all it has the POTENTIAL to be a nice park. But the biggest issue I have are the animals that wander around CONSTANTLY and the dogs that will not stop barking literally all night. And no one does anything. The park has a "zero tolerance" policy yet they say they can't do anything. "You'll have to call animal control." It is preposterous. I cannot count the times I have lost sleep because some ignorant neighbor can't quiet their dog(s) or the times I have been threatened by dogs whose owners don't have secure fencing to keep their dogs from running astray(ANOTHER "0 tolerance policy"). Anyone who has an interest in living here who is a light sleeper or likes walking in their neighborhood, I don't recommend living here, because they don't stop barking or wandering WELL into the AM hours. Ridiculous. Going on the 3rd year living here now. The neighbors are incredibly ignorant and have done a great job of violating nearly every policy the park "enforces." They blare loud music starting at 6am all throughout the day, they have 5 dogs when they should only have 2 and let them constantly fight. Their driveway is a disaster which they should be fined for having a trailer. There is STILL no skirting on their trailer after 2 years when each tenant has 30 days to get, and they have countless people coming and going every single day, some blocking their neighbors driveways. Obviously this park does not care who they have move into their park, or bother to enforce their policies.

I've lived here for 10 years. It's an alright park. I have complained about the roaming animals. The space is getting way too high for the tenant paying all of the utilities, and keeping up the yard maintenance, which is a job itself with the constant weeds. I'm planning on getting my own piece of land withing the next year. I haven't had any problems with the new owners.

I think this could still be a nicer place, as I remember that the park was to keep up the yards. I just can't fathom how you can charge the rent you do for just the parking space. Now I know that some of the spaces have been purchased, so yes naturally those would be expected to keep up their space or be charged for cleanup. However for those people renting the space should either be charged a lower cost for the space if they keep it clean or if you don't want to lower the renters price then you should schedule a time your yard maintenance will be entering to clean. Just a thought for seeing less weeds in the park. The park also has to share the up keep since its a park that has a high rent with no real value/perks. I have seen other parks that also charge a high rent, but the property is maintained by the parks maintenance. Just saying
