Lived in apt E3. Was active duty military and they never gave me my deposit after move out. I had sent multiple emails about it. I left the apartment in pristine condition. - Deshaun Williams
Just moved out due to work after living there for a year and a half. So far monique I believe is her name is doing a great job of running the office, didnt get almost daily angry texts about people not cleaning up after their dogs with her working. Maintenance could be a bit better but they are slowly improving it. As well as updating the apartments as tenants move out. Update, after spending a month trying to get my deposit back they decided to take money from it because they claimed I owed money. Oh and be prepared to spend about a week trying to get ahold of someone as well
Worst customer service ever, they'll do anything to keep as much of your money/deposit, extremely unprofessional. The clerk (Monique I believe never answer the phone nor returns class promptly.
