I don't know how the people at the trailer park are but I know I met with the lady in space number 12 and she was the nicest sweetest person I have met in a long time I was delivering her some pecans

It's a really nice place, clean, quiet, its big, the trailer I visited was really nice, & for the price it's really nice...

LMAO!! It was great!!! That's all I will disclose....

Streets are freshly paved lots and common areas are well kept. Nice little community.

Office staff is slow to respond to any major issues with the units. No notices posted prior to any construction. No grounds crew to keep property at "curb appeal" and owners don't even live in the same state.
