Recommend you look elsewhere as a farmer in the Cleveland TN area. Having been with Farm Bureau for years, we moved our primary farm to the Cleveland TN area. This local office has the worse customer service I have ever experienced with a Farm Bureau office or any insurance company for that matter. After complaining about our agent’s lack of service with updating our policy to keep it up-to-date, we were chastised by him! Farm Bureau Corporate essentially told us, they could do nothing to assist and we could not go to another agent. We took our business elsewhere as a result. Well done on losing a longtime customer who paid in full each time. This retired veteran and current farmer does not recommend the Cleveland TN office. Furthermore, the Farm Bureau Corporate Headquarters appears excel at providing “processed bull feed” when assisting you with your concerns. Thank you.nnPS. As for their owners response to this review, They have never reached out to resolve this issue, not once.

Freindly staff. The insurance agent worked us in with my husband's schedule. He found us the best insurance for cheaper than we were paying with other insurance company.

Farm Bureau has always been there when I needed them. The staff members are very helpful and recommend policies that will fit not only your needs but your budget.
