Kids wanted to swim and found this hotel with a indoor swimming pool. The room we had was with a sleeper sofa in the front room with a huge comfy bed in the bedroom. Kids loved the pool, the rooms were super clean. Will be a place to go with a nice indoor pool and hot tub.
Gold member here! I have stayed at THOUSANDS of holiday inn hotels with pretty great service. The manager at this location would rather we died trying to drive longer through the night to stay at this hotel rather than help us cancel a room without charging us the (up to manager discretion) fees even though we had planned on still booking a holiday inn closer to where we were so we didn’t fall asleep at the wheel & die. Since they made me so sick to my stomach we decided not to use Holiday Inn at all tonight and maybe not ever again. Don’t recommend!
Any hotel that has a keurig coffee maker in room will get a high score. Finally, somebody gets that people don't want muddy swill for coffee in morning. Had indoor pool/ spa hot tub which was great. Light canceling blinds in photo a must for hotels. Great hotel for price, great. Would stay here again.
I made reservations on the official Holiday Inn website and had the confirmation email on my phone but they had no record of it. We needed a handicap accessable room with 2 queen beds however they didn't have one... We ended up having to have one of us sleep on the couch. Then the breakfast was the worst. Definitely won't be back....
The room was very clean and it was nice and relaxing. But the supposedly heated indoor pool was freezing. And very strong chlorine smell. Very disappointed when the whole reason for the stay was the pool.
