Really enjoyed my stay, great hotel. Spacious and clean room especially my upgraded corner room suite. Entire staff are always friendly and very close to a lot of restaurant in downtown Spartanburg. Highly recommended if you're in Spartanburg.

Rode with another family to a dance competition. We all had rooms booked and upon arrival our room was cancelled due to a maintenance issue. No heads up. Were told we could get us a room at another hotel 10 minutes away but don’t have a car. They didn’t really seem to care. Poorly run hotel. Trust me. Stay elsewhere.

Had a fantastic dinner at Level 10. Filet was cooked to perfection. I'll keep going back because the food and wait staff are awesome.
