Sink was clogged and maintenance had left but the person at the front desk Kelly came up and tried to fix the problem. Kelly was really nice. There were young adults on my floor that were extremely loud from 2 am until I checked out. I complained in the middle of the night twice. I was told the manager is the only person who can issue a refund. My family and I got no sleep and to get up early for a tournament all day and drive 4 hours away. I was beyond exhausted. I have been waiting for a call back from the manger for 4 days now and every-time I call he has “just left”. Other guest checked out early because of the noise but said they didn’t want to complain.
The front desk woman Bethany i think was her name, Kelli, and the GM Derrick are so sweet! Definitely recommend!
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family and we are very happy with our stay. Of course due to covid-19 there was not daily cleaning or dine in breakfast but the front desk agents helped with anything we needed. We were on the top floor facing parking lot so it was very quiet and the rooms were clean and smelled amazing. We will be staying here more often anytime we visit Spartanburg
I enjoyed my 5 day stay there, the only downside was that the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't operating at all, which I notified the lady at the front desk. I will definitely visit this place again in the future without a doubt.
BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!! MY BOYFRIEND GOT ATE UP THE SECOND NIGHT!! ROOM 510!! OTHER THAN THAT THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE ABOUT THE SITUATION AND UNDERSTANDING.
